EA On Demand provides outsourced administrative, business support and operations management services. References to “we”, “us” or “our” in this policy mean EA On Demand.
2. Information we receive
When you contact us, we may receive your name, email address, business name, the type of support you are interested in and the information you include in your message. When you submit the website enquiry form, these details are sent to EA On Demand by email through our form delivery provider. If you complete the Virtual Assistant quiz and request your result, we receive your first name, email address, quiz result and the area where more time would make the biggest difference to you.
3. How information is used
Personal information may be used to respond to enquiries, provide a requested quiz result, send relevant follow-up emails where you have asked for them, discuss or provide services, manage a client relationship, maintain appropriate business records and meet legal or security obligations. We aim to collect and use only the information needed for these purposes.
4. Sharing information
We do not sell personal information. Resend processes website enquiry details to deliver them to us by email. MailerLite processes quiz subscriber details to deliver requested results and relevant follow-up emails. Information may also be shared with other trusted service providers where necessary to operate the website, communicate with you or deliver agreed services, or where disclosure is required by law. Access is limited to what is needed for the relevant purpose.
5. Storage, retention and security
We aim to keep personal information only for as long as it is needed for the purpose for which it was collected, or for legitimate business and legal reasons. We take reasonable steps to protect information from loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No website or communication method can guarantee absolute security.
6. Cookies, hosting and analytics
EA On Demand has not configured analytics or advertising cookies on this website. The hosting and security services used to deliver the website may process limited technical information and may use strictly necessary cookies or similar technologies. If analytics or marketing tools are added in future, this policy and any relevant notice will be updated.
7. External services
The website uses Resend to deliver enquiry form submissions and MailerLite to manage requested quiz results and follow-up emails. It also links to Google Calendar, WhatsApp, Facebook and LinkedIn. If you choose to use these services, their own privacy terms and practices apply. EA On Demand is not responsible for how an external service processes information.
8. Your privacy choices
South Africa’s Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 informs our approach to personal information. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you may ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction or deletion, object to certain processing or raise a privacy concern. We may need to verify your identity before responding to a request.
