Bridgette has been part of our team since April 2024, and in that time she has become one of the people I genuinely do not worry about. She handles our social scheduling, email builds in ActiveCampaign, inbox management, and purchase and appointment tracking, which means she touches almost everything that goes out the door with our name on it. Her attention to detail is the reason that works. Nothing gets dropped, deadlines hold, and the small things that usually slip just do not.
She also catches things nobody asked her to catch. If something looks off, or even might be off, she brings it to me so it gets checked or fixed before it turns into an actual problem. That kind of instinct is not something you can train into someone.
What I value most is that she does not need managing. Give her clear instructions and she goes and does the work. She asks the right question instead of guessing, and when something is broken she tells me before it becomes a problem. I can hand her a full week of content and move on to something else, which for an operations person is the highest compliment I know how to give.
